Here at BBR, strength and fitness is our passion. We offer Circuit training/HIIT (High Intensity Interval Training) for weight loss, muscle development/definition, increased metabolism, endurance, bone strength. Our classes are for all ages, sizes and fitness ability levels. We've expanded and we're now offering a 24/7 gym! We are so happy to have this opportunity to share our love of weightlifting. We'd love to have you join us!
