SCHEDULE & CLASSES

Our classes are for all ages, sizes and fitness ability levels. 

 

BBR offers small, group training sessions where individauls will enjoy an intense, but effective workout. You will find that we are not like every other gym. Your membership fees give you access to our gym equipment, but even more important, you will have a trainer guide you through the program and classes, teaching you proper techniques and form to ensure you see the best possible results. All exercises can be modified to meet your current fitness level.

 

Classes are offered in the morning and evening. When you become a member, you will join either a Monday/Wednesday class or a Tuesday/Thursday class.
