1n 2012, Codye was determined to make fitness a priority in her life. She decided lifting heavy weights was how she would do it. Lucky for her, Robby (her husband), was a long-time powerlifter and strongman. He had always made strength and fitness a priority. He was happy to share his love of lifting with his wife and three of her friends. Robby and Codye decided to offer their HIIT (high intensity interval training) classes to the public in June of 2014. BBR Strength Fitness was born. What started at a park with one class of 8 women has grown to include 20 classes offered each week. This means many, many curls, presses and squats (and many women and men getting stronger, leaner, and feeling better about themselves). Our classes are for all ages, sizes and fitness ability levels. We are so happy to have this opportunity to share our love of weightlifiting. We'd love to have you join us!
